Terms & Conditions

During busy times a large number of customers have to be turned away, due to being fully booked from a much earlier date.

At peak times, once a booking has been confirmed with us, the following cancellation fees apply:
- cancellation within 2 weeks of stay will incur a charge of 100%
- 3 weeks notice will incur a 50% charge
- 4 weeks notice will incur a charge of 25%.

Peak times when these cancellation fees apply:
- Easter Weekend
- First 2 weeks of April
- June 15th to August 15th
- October 1st to October 18th
- December 23rd to January 3rd
